Soccer and Baseball
 

Teams will be provided trophies for presentation by the coaches and coach’s plaques for presentation by the teams.

Pictures ordered on picture day will also be provided - team mom's please hand these out at your celebration.  (With the weather delays, some pictures may have to be mailed in the coming weeks)

Reminder: The PTA Concession Stand does not provide snack bags for this weekend.  

Teams are welcome to bring cakes, etc to add to their post game celebration. 

Please look at your schedule to see when and where your game is and then see the following notes:

Games at E. Rivers:

·    Following each game at E. Rivers, teams will be directed to a tent and table where your trophies, coaches plaques and pictures will be set up.    The Varsity will be at E. Rivers Field on Saturday only so you may want to bring some cash.  If your team would prefer to take your trophies elsewhere for a celebration please let our staff know upon your arrival and we will have everything boxed and ready for you by the end of your game.  

Games at PRUMC:

Basketball

On the final weekend of games for 5-6Coed, 7-8 Boys, 7-8 Girls, and 9-10 Boys leagues:

Immediately following each game, each team will have a table in the Recreation Building set up with the following items:

•  Trophies - for presentation to the players by the coaches.
• Coaches plaques - for presentation to the coaches by the parents and players 
• Pictures - that were ordered by members of each team 

In the event of a winter weather event:

In the event of rain this weekend we will provide the necessary information on our inclement weather page of our website.
