Season-Ending Celebrations ►►

When are the Season-Ending Celebrations?

Season-ending celebrations occur on the last day of games. Following each game, teams will be directed to their designated area for the trophy presentations by the coaches.

 

Where are the Season-Ending Celebrations?

Each team will have a designated tent (soccer and tee ball) or area (basketball) set up on site to host their team banquet.

 

What if we want to have our team party elsewhere?

Contact a staff person prior to the game so that your trophies and pictures can be boxed up and given to the team parent.

 

 

What will PRUMC provide?

  1. tent or area on site where you may host your banquet

  2. team trophies

  3. pictures (if purchased)

  4. team roster & sign

    5.

  5. concession vendors on site with food available to purchase

What is commonly provided by Team Parent(s)?

  1. food items: cake / cupcakes / cookie cake / pizza etc.

  2. picnic supplies: paper plates / forks / napkins

  3. trash bags for clean-up
