We at Sportsnames Georgia are committed to make your team jersey lettering a smooth process.

Orders for jersey lettering can be completed online. Instructions for submitting your order online are as follows:

1.  Access the order form by going to www.sportsnamesatlanta.com/orders. The form is interactive, so all you need

 to do is fill out each line of information, and the names of your players with corresponding jersey numbers. The form

 will automatically total the number of letters in each name, the total number of letters in your order, and the total

amount due. The charge for lettering is .60 per letter plus tax, with no charge for punctuation. Please make sure

to double check the spelling of your players’ names since we will not be able to correct mistakes made by you.

2. When you have finished your form, it is very important that you click SUBMIT in the yellow box at the bottom

of the online form. Since every order is date and time stamped, it will secure your place in line. If you print out your

order without “sending” it, we will have to reenter your information, which could delay completion of your jerseys.

3. Drop off your jerseys in the drop box in the PRUMC Recreation Dept.  Please include a copy of your order form

in the bag so your team can be correctly identified.

4. We will email you as soon as your jerseys are completed.

Please make your check payable to “SportsNames Georgia” and leave in the payment envelope

provided in the pick up box by the stairs leading to the upstairs gym.
