Soccer & Tee Ball:

 

  • Coordinate contact of players with schedule changes and rain out information (call weather hotline, 404-266-2386)

 

  • Remind parents that players need shoes with good traction or soccer/baseball cleats; shin guards are recommended for soccer
     

  • Coordinates the snack and field clean-up sign-up sheet

  • Assists the coach as needed with distribution of uniforms
     

  • Coordinates the banquet either as a team or collects information and payment for league banquet where appropriate.

Basketball:

  • Coordinate contact of players with schedule changes and inclement weather information (call weather hotline, 404-266-2386)

  • Remind parents that players cannot bring food or drinks into the gym- water is available from the water fountain behind the gym. If a water bottle is necessary, it must be in a spill-proof container.

  • Assists the coach as needed with distribution of uniforms
     

  • Coordinates the banquet either as a team or collects information and payment for league banquet where appropriate.
