Class Description: (All Ages) Limited space- sign up early! The Weight Loss Management Program and Bible Study:
This is a 14 week course, with the first week being the introductory course. It is a Bible study/exercise class through First Place. www.firstplace.org The class will consist of 45 minutes of Bible study and 30 minutes of different kids of exercise programs. Different speakers/exercise instructors will be guests each week teaching techniques and lessons of leading a healthy lifestyle.
