What to Bring/Wear: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Most women choose to wear a sports bra for comfortable support underneath a t-shirt or tank top. Good, rubber-soled shoes are recommended. Bring a towel and capped water bottle.
Instruction provided by: Jennifer Klee Vivacious, enthusiastic certified Zumba Fitness® instructor with a repertoire of over 100 dance-fitness routines. With strong leadership skills and 13 years of formal dance training, has expertise in demonstrating and simplifying choreography for beginners. Active Zumba Fitness® fanatic since 2007.

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
