How Do I Register?

Submit a registration form.

 

What to Bring/Wear:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Most women choose to wear a sports bra for comfortable support underneath a t-shirt or tank top. Good, rubber-soled shoes are recommended.  Bring a towel and capped water bottle.

 

Instruction provided by:

Jamie Lewis has been a Zumba instructor since January 2006. A Kansas native, Jamie discovered Zumba at a local fitness center in 2004. After moving to the Atlanta area in August 2005, she decided to become an instructor herself when she couldn’t find a Zumba class to participate in. In addition to a certificate from Zumba Fitness, Jamie is certified in Primary Group Fitness through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and works at the Centers for Disease Control as a research biologist. Jamie lives in Snellville with her husband and their pets.

Class Description:

Lets face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding, beneficial… working out can be lots of things, but its never been known to be much fun… UNTIL NOW!

Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! 

Zumba blends the basic steps from Latin and world dance with fitness moves to create a workout that is like nothing else.

Our goal is simple: We want people to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. By integrating Zumba into everyday life individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!
